Bio

I began studying piano at the age of six. Growing up in a family of musicians, I was involved in concerts and competitions from an early age, performing regularly as a soloist. I earned both my Bachelor's and Master's degrees from the Lviv National Music Academy in Ukraine. In 2003, I completed a PhD at the Dragomanov National Pedagogical University in Kyiv, Ukraine. My doctoral research explored the development of students' auditory imagination in the context of music education.

Throughout my career, I have held academic positions at Sumy State Pedagogical University and later at the Sumy Institute for Teachers' Continuing Education in Ukraine, where I taught piano and music pedagogy at the pre-university, undergraduate, and graduate levels. I also served as Vice-Rector for six years.

Alongside my teaching and administrative responsibilities, I have remained actively involved in research in the field of music education. I regularly present at academic conferences and have published numerous articles and studies focusing on music pedagogy and music teaching practices.
